Elizabeth G., one of my clients had lost all self-esteem and felt shattered when her husband left her for another woman. He told her she was fat and ugly. Steps to Overcoming Pain
1. Realize that nothing is against you, but, all things are working for you.
2. Revisit the first time you experienced the pain.
3. Realize you are the creator of your future.
4. Take positive steps on purpose to fulfill a positive plan.
5. Write five positive "I am" affirmations.
