Jacquelyn Lee, Coach J, Director, Founder and Visionary
Jacquelyn Lee, Coach J, is a Corporate Wellness, Conscious Spiritual Business Coach, and Strategist with a Biology degree, having completed the pre-med training from Scripps College in Claremont, California, one of the highest-ranking liberal arts schools in this country.
She has a master's degree in Theology and Ministry, MATM from Fuller Seminary Houston, Texas, and a certification in Christian Counseling.
She integrates spiritual and universal principles to bring healing and wholeness to her clients.
“Having been left behind, lying flat on my back alone, only able to look up, I awakened to realize that I was paralyzed over my entire body, unable to move, scream for help, lift my arms, or speak, Coach J contends this was one of the most terrifying days of her life!
"I was shocked, terribly distraught, and filled with agonizing fear, shame, and embarrassment. My thoughts zoomed in on how brokenhearted my parents would be if they read the headlines, ‘Woman found dead’ from the consumption of excessive amounts of tranquilizers and hallucinating substances. (I had eaten brownies laced with substances.) I felt hopeless.
However, moments later, I reflected on a Spiritual awakening I had a few years earlier; Something had changed my life that day.
I call this a crucial point in my life. I now realized that life was delicate and could be gone in the blink of an eye. This was a turning point in my life, the start of the journey to reclaim my identity and purpose because I felt lost.
Trauma, abandonment, and rejection throughout my life landed me in a place of insecurity, shame, self-doubt feeling unworthy and never being enough. My behavior translated into a people-pleasing perfectionist and submitting to approval- addiction to different personalities, validation, and reliance on other voices and outside influencers.
Fast forward to 2017, I was completing my master’s degree when a professor introduced me to a silent retreat, and my life would change forever."
Today, you will find Coach J armed in stillness, meditation, and a journal that allows her to connect to the voice within, her Spirituality, and understanding that the voice within would and could lead her to a life of calm, clarity, and confidence, one of curiosity, creativity, and excitement, and that meant everything. She believes this is the only way to mind soul, and spirit wholeness to humanity. "
Her coaching and wellness systems are driven by her experiences guiding clients to greater self-esteem and new levels of awareness, clarity, and confidence.
With 30 years of coaching and pastoral counseling experience, Coach J has a proven track record of results-driven positive outcomes for her clients.
She is the content creator of multiple Holistic Personal Development Courses and author. Her systems bring clarity, self-awareness, transformation, and real breakthroughs into the lives of women and men who are shattered and stuck in life due to grief, trauma, and emotional pain.
One key objective of her program is to guide and motivate participants to rediscover their identity and soul purpose and gain new insight into a life of freedom, happiness, and prosperity.

Philip A. McRae is a Chief Executive Officer of Treemont Partners. Mr. McRae has over 30 years of experience serving in various leadership capacities in numerous industries for both privately held and publicly traded companies. Since 2014, Mr. McRae has overseen the daily operations of Treemont Partners focusing on its strategic investment strategy of developing premium branded Hospitality assets and Multi-Family projects.
Prior to being Chief Executive Office of Treemont Partners, he served as President of Moody National Companies, a full-service commercial Real Estate firm with Realty, Mortgage, Management, Development, Insurance, Title and Equity Fund divisions, as well as, a Publically Registered Non Traded REIT and a captive Broker-Dealer. Moody National Companies owned almost $2 Billion of Real Estate; consisting of 67 premium branded Hospitality assets, 6 Commercial Office properties and 16 Multi-Family communities across the United States. Mr. McRae joined Moody National Companies in 2003 as president of the company when it had just 4 employees and no significant Real Estate holdings to facilitate its expansion from a small Mortgage banking firm into a large full-service Real Estate firm. During his tenure as president, the company grew to over 1,000 employees with offices in Houston, Austin, Dallas, San Diego and Beverly Hills. While at Moody National Companies, he was responsible for all facets of the daily operations of the company.
Prior to joining Moody National Companies in 2003, Mr. McRae was a Partner with Houston Partners Private Equity Group; a Venture Capital firm focused on Information Technology and Life Science investments. During his tenure at Houston Partners, Mr. McRae specialized in assisting companies through the expansion phase of their business model to achieve the desired investment objectives.
Prior to joining Houston Partners in 2000, Mr. McRae was the Senior Manager of Business Analysis for Interliant Inc., a publicly traded provider of managed application hosting, Web hosting, enhanced Internet, and professional consulting services. Mr. McRae joined the Interliant prior to their Initial Public Offering and participated in its rapid expansion during a period of unprecedented growth.
Prior to joining Interliant in 1999, Mr. McRae worked for Western Geophysical, one of the largest, publicly traded oilfield service companies in the world, as a Finance Manager from 1995 to 1999. While at Western Geophysical, he was responsible for the financial concerns for its Technology, Software Development and Research and Development divisions.
He began his career in 1992 at Owen Healthcare Inc. in its finance department, prior to its initial public offering, where he was responsible for creating and maintaining extensive financial forecasting models.
Mr. McRae received an MBA from the University of Houston in 1999 and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas Tech University in 1991.
He is married to Dr. Patricia Leonard who leads the Allergy and Asthma practice at Houston Ear, Nose and Throat. Together, they have three children; Catherine (17), Caroline (15) and Andrew (12) and live in Hunters Creek Village in Houston, Texas. Mr. McRae in a 4th generation Houstonian who serves on the Board of Directors of Spring Spirit Baseball. He is a member at Chapelwood United
